A plain account of the information collected by this landing page and how it is used for your berth enquiry.
What we collect
When you use the berth enquiry form on this page we collect your first and last name, mobile number, email address, boat type and, if you choose to give it, your boat length. We also collect the full page URL and record the campaign source, medium and name (UTM details) from the link that brought you here, so the club knows which advertising is useful.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to respond to your marina berth enquiry: to check berth availability for your boat, to contact you to talk it through and to arrange a private marina tour if you would like one.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is stored in the landing page database for authorised staff managing marina enquiries. Your submitted details, campaign source and full page URL are also sent securely to Make to route your enquiry to the club. Hosting and automation service providers process this information to operate the enquiry service.
Cookies and browser storage
This page temporarily keeps your campaign details, enquiry summary and tracking flags in your browser’s session storage so we can show you a confirmation page and avoid counting repeated form starts or submissions. Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab.
Analytics and advertising
Google Tag Manager loads analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, according to the club’s tag configuration. These tools may use cookies and collect browsing and interaction information. Our custom tracking records form starts, successful enquiries, enquiry button clicks and telephone link clicks. It does not include your name, email address, mobile number or other form field values. Telephone tracking records a link click, not whether a call connected.
Your choices
Providing your details is voluntary. You can ask the club to access, correct or delete the personal information you gave us at any time by contacting club reception.
